Stockholm Pre-Season Ale Trail
Leeds United couldn't have picked a better place than Stockholm in July to play a pre-season friendly! Fans heading over are in for an absolute treat, with loads of great things to see and do before and after the game.
Obviously, there's the match itself to look forward to, but, perhaps more importantly, you should be looking for the best places for a few beers while you're in town.
Look no further! We've teamed up with some of our favourite pubs and bars in Stockholm to create a guide of 10 of the best where you'll be able to find some delicious food and incredible beers, including Rooster's very own Yorkshire's Best and Peacock Pils.

Stockholm is built of 14 islands, but is very easy to walk around. The public transport system is great too and is often more reliable (and affordable) than local taxis.
Click here to open a handy Google map our importer has pulled together that shows the best bars to visit, which are also where you'll be able to enjoy Yorkshire's Best and Peacock Pils. Never mind any old guide book you can pick up in your local book shop, this is all the local knowledge need!
Each of the pubs on the trail featured in the Google map are listed below, to provide you with some extra info of what to expect (click each pub name for even more info too)...

Ale Trail Pubs
A lively pub with a huge choice of ales and malt whiskies, plus hearty pub fare. One of Stockholm's most talked about bars.
The Bishops Arms is a chain of quality gastropubs, with many in Stockholm that provide an authentic British pub experience, serving an impressive range of drinks and food.
Top tip: The Bishops Arms, Sundbyberg is the closest to the stadium and is easily accessible via public transport or a short(ish) walk.
Old Town (Gamla Stan)
With two locations in Stockholm, Hornstull and Vasastan, The Old Brewer brings a genuine modern British gastropub experience to Stockholm. As with all the pubs on the trail, expect a warm welcome, great beers and incredible English-style pub grub.
A must visit! Just up the road from Akkurat, Oliver Twist is Stockholm's original craft beer bar. It offers a huge range of beers, including cask beers from the UK and also serves fantastic Swedish food.
