DHL

Please be aware that Bag In Box beers are only available for local delivery or collection from the brewery and cannot be shipped via DHL.

The aim is for your order to be delivered the next working day (Monday – Friday) after it’s been received, providing it’s placed before midday (Monday – Thursday). Orders placed after midday on a Thursday, but before midday on a Friday, will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on a Friday (after midday), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please be aware, however, this is just a guide and delivery may take up to 3-5 working days.

Once your order has been received, processed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information from the courier (DHL / InXpress). Within this email you should also have the option to amend the delivery details or request for the goods to be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour, if you know you aren’t going to be around.

If you have placed an order for beer, an adult’s signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking ‘I confirm I am at least 18 years of age’ at the checkout process, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence.

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for all qualifying postcodes within a five mile radius of the brewery only (minimum spend of £17.50 applies). If you don't see Free Local Delivery as an option at checkout this will be because either the value of the order or the delivery address does not qualify. Local deliveries typically take place on Mondays and Fridays. 

Cluck & Collect

If you'd prefer to collect you order from the brewery, please select the Pick Up option at checkout, we'll then be in touch to confirm once your order's been processed, picked and is ready for collection. Orders are processed during office times only (Monday to Friday), so we'll be in touch to confirm once your order's been prepared, picked and is ready for collection.

Please don't attempt to collect an order without first having received the follow-up email to your order confirmation advising that it has been processed and the items are ready for collection. Details of collection times (brewery and Taproom) will be included in the follow up email. Please bring proof of your order confirmation with you at pick up, as it may be required.
