In the event that your order is faulty, you must inform Rooster’s to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
To return an item you’ll need to first let us know and then send the item(s) back in the original condition supplied. Once we receive your item(s) we’ll process a refund, which will be processed within 5-10 working days. The refund will be sent to the same account from which the original transaction was made.

If your order is clearly damaged at the point of receiving it, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of the delivery. You must inform the courier and they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us. We’ll then process your refund.
Rooster’s cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you have provided an incorrect delivery address, contact telephone number or email address. Please check this information carefully when placing your order.
If you wish to exchange an item of clothing for a different size you are welcome to request an exchange. You will need to follow our returns procedure above; we will process a refund for the item and the original delivery charge. You will then need to use our webshop to create a new order for your desired size and then follow the checkout process.
We recommend that you contact us beforehand to discuss available sizes as we will be able to advise stock positions or suggest alternative products.
