Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can place a one-off order with us. However, if you register we will save your address details for you. We will not store your PayPal or card details for security reasons. By registering, you will receive exclusive offers and information via email.

Is there a size guide available for your merchandise? 

In order to make sure you are getting the best quality merchandise, we source our apparel from different suppliers. If you would like any specific size info in the meantime, then please email us and ask about the design you are interested in. We will try to provide as much product information and advice as you need.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, we are unable to change your order.

Why can I only order a limited number of certain beers? 

From time to time we produce limited edition beers, the number of cans or bottles produced can range from as little as 50 up to a few thousand. As such, from time to time, in order for as many people as possible to try these beers we may have to restrict the number any one person can buy.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The aim is for your order to be delivered on the next working day (Monday – Friday) after it’s been received, providing it’s placed before midday (Monday – Thursday). Orders placed after midday on a Thursday, but before midday on a Friday, will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on a Friday (after midday), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please be aware, however, this is just a guide and delivery may take up to 3-5 working days.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I haven’t received my order?

Please allow 5 working days for delivery within the UK. If your order still hasn’t arrived after this point, please use the tracking service for more information. A shipping confirmation email will be sent at the time your order is dispatched, tracking details can be found here. If you are having further difficulties, then please email us hello@roosters.co.uk.

How do I return my order?

You will need to send your order, unworn / as supplied in its original packaging to Rooster’s Brewing Co., Unit 3 Grimbald Park, Wetherby Road, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, HG5 8LJ. Please follow the instructions on our Returns page.

How will you process my refund? 

You must notify us by email if you would like to return items for a refund before or at the time of sending the item(s) back. Once we have received the order back in our warehouse in new condition, we will process your refund for the cost of the item.

Can I exchange my order? 

Yes. You must notify us by email if you would like to exchange your order before or at the time of sending the item(s) back. Once we have received the order back in our warehouse in the same condition as it was supplied. We will process a refund for the cost of the item plus original shipping charge. You will be required to place a new order for the new item via the web-shop.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, if you are not in to sign for your order then our courier will attempt delivery on one more occasion. If you are unable to sign on the second occasion the courier will leave a card with further instructions.

How much do you charge for delivery?

The cost of delivery starts at £4 (£6 for beer) and is determined by your postcode. Delivery is free for orders over £60 (£70 for zone 2).
